Our company designs and manufactures logistics transport equipment. This time, we would like to introduce a case that resolved a minor inconvenience within the factory. Everyone involved in manufacturing is, of course, an expert in manufacturing technology. On the other hand, when it comes to transport, it may not be their area of expertise, and it is often not given much consideration. As a result, our company frequently notices unexpected blind spots by observing the site. For example, heavy items were being loaded onto trucks using a crane, which took over 30 minutes. By creating a pallet for loading heavy items and deciding to use a forklift for loading, the process was completed in about 5 minutes, significantly improving work efficiency.
